I have struggled with hypothyroidism since a young age. I never realized how much extra weight I was carrying until it was gone. Please, if you are even considering taking on the keto diet, DO IT! After just a few days the cravings were gone! Change your life, while eating delicious, filling meals.

  5. I drink the ice sparkling with a splash of heavy whipping cream on ice. I keep that at work bc at the nurses station, it is full of cookies, chips, etc. So this helps me feel like Im getting something sweet so that I dont get into the sweets

  10. Im really struggling with my sweet cravings. I cant keep snacks in the house or I just wanna eat it all. I want to switch to tea and stop snacking but its hard πŸ™

    • I recomment the Slim Fast KETO Peanut Butter Cups. The are fat bombs and taste exactly the sand as the regular ones only no sugar. Really hits the sweet tooth spot.

  11. Stay away from ice drinks. They are loaded with aspartame. So is Coke Zero. Switch to zevia colas if u must and lacroix

    • David Tolsky it’s what works for the individual all of our bodies react different. What works for some might not work for others.

    • David Tolsky you can have it on keto. Keto means very low carb there are no carbs in sucralose while it’s an artificial sweetener and there are better options out there it does not knock you out of ketosis.

  13. i dont like sparkling water and have tried a lot of different ones, YUCK,, so i either do just water or flavored water from wal-mart

I have been binge watching since I found you over a week ago. I have been gathering what I need to have so when I start I will have things at my fingertips.
