  20. Its sad. I only drink water and tea without sugar. I dont eat sweets or snacks often, maybe once a week and still I dont lose weight.

  21. I don’t drink soda or any juices only water. I only have almond or oat milk. I do daily exercises and have been for awhile now. I eat fruit when i have a craving for something sweet and only eat chocolate as a treat. I lost weight but i feel like now I’ve hit a plateau and I’ve been trying to break it. Nothing is working so if anyone has any suggestions please share 👏🏻
    Also i chose to switch my milk as having to much cow’s milk affected my allergies too much so I don’t want anyone getting the wrong idea.

  23. I weigh 90kg and Im 13 and one of the tallest girls in my grade and I consider myself to be overweight but I dont particularly look like it. This coronavirus thing isnt good for my health either. I have a mixed diet so I eat healthy and sometimes give myself a treat sometimes. I play soccer cricket tennis basketball and AFL (an Australian sport). I already do all the things in this video yet Im still overweight. I dont know how to change it and I have been bullied for years about it. If anybody knows anything else I could do to get at least to the average it will be greatly appreciated thanks.

  27. This is all messed up. LOL salads also have calories (especially carb) fruits also has a lot of sugar. If you eat too much fruit, the insulin will store fat in your body.
    Its better to eat meat which has a lot of protein and reduce suger and carb that affect insulin.

  32. What if I already dont drink soda or juice and I almost never have cereal in the house anyways, but when I do its in the pantry where I cant see it? And what if Im getting enough sleep, but its not a GOOD nights sleep? None of these really apply to me….
