  5. I only enjoy coffee with cow milk. The other alternatives ruin the taste of coffee.
    But, I put 20 to 30 ml in. 3 times a day equals between 60 and 80 ml per day = 2,7 – 3,6 gr sugarcarbs. Not a big problem

  6. Im not a fan of almond milk at all. Ive been exposed to it for years and think its just disgusting. Stateside, there is coconut milk in cartons as well as hemp and macadamia. I love these for steaming. I add a tbsp to the coconut milk and it makes perfect latte foam.

    • have you watched the video? you easily use over 150ml of milk in one go, that means a good 6g carbs, if you need o stay under 20g daily for keto no, you might want to look into aternatives with less carbs or dilute cream

  12. Hi Ginger – funny story for you. My sweet husband also follows keto but he mainly depends on me feeding him. lol…. he brings home the bacon…I fry it up in a pan. Well he sees that I make coffee with a wee bit of half and half or HWC. He started stalling and he couldnt figure out why. Well one day he was picking up something for me at sprouts and he also picked up some half and half. The next day Im opening the fridge and I see that there is a strange bottle in the fridge. Well.. it was the sprouts brand of half and half and it was virtually EMPTY – He drank almost all of it in a days time! I laughed so hard…. hes given up the half and half and is now 2 lbs from goal… dropped a quick 5 lbs. Oh that silly man! Be blessed Ginger… always a joy to see you!

    • i mean its up to you, i personally wouldnt and dont cause thats 5g of carbs gone for just 100ml of milk, when i can have either almond milk that has no carbs, or at worst diluted cream in water which, being 1.5g carbs per 100ml, dilutin some 10/20ml in water would still just be 0.2g carbs…
