So strength train, jog or walk, climb stairs, and swim or play sports. Make an effort to exercise at least four times weekly for at least 20 minutes more is ideal but build-up slowly in case you are currently a inactive. Strength training shall make sure that the weight you gain is not simply fat but also muscle. This way you get weight in the proper places. Be sure you eat high-protein foods soon after training to greatly help them gain mass.

    I have ibs and dysfunctional stomach spasms, I have struggled with it for three years. I have fluctuated between 90-100lbs since then. Im 53 and used to be 130lbs. I want too gain those pounds back. Whats a good way to do that quickly without hurting my stomach?

  18. i’m 16 I eat around 6000 calories a day almost every day and my body loses weight continually even throughout the day.

Gaining weight is so hard for me, I have to take lots of meal supplements, vitamins, etc, Its a pain in my arse to eat 2 cheeseburgers and 2 McChickens at McDonalds and still be less than 100 pounds.
