  9. Please stop eating cool whip it is pure trans fat!!! Even if you are still losing weight eating it it is making you work so much harder to do so. Hydrodgenated oils A.K.A. Trans fats also cause heart disease and WRINKLES! They are unnatural and toxic. I dont care how many points WW assigns them, you need to switch to real whippped cream or a natural vegan substitute. That goes for all of us!
